The very clever, oh-so-readable Laurie, owner and author of one of my favorite blogs, Foolery, must not have enough in the way of hobbies and distractions to keep her out of the bars and off the streets. Seriously. It seems she has started another blog, called BARTENDER FACE.
The beauty of this blog is that you can submit stories anonymously, which means you can send in the juicy tidbits that don’t pass through your regular blog filter. You know – the stuff you’d love to share but just know your husband or mother or kids or neighbors or the lady who sings alto with you in the church choir would question your character morals sanity if you published it on your own blog for all the world to see, but DAMN if it isn’t the best story ever! Someone should really get to hear it! Someone other than the guy who cuts your hair. Laurie wants you to tell her the stories you’d tell the bartender on Concourse C at the airport, because there’s no chance she’ll reveal your secrets to anyone you know.
That’s where Bartender Face comes in.
Check it out HERE, and start right away thinking about what to submit. There’s got to be some juicy lint caught in my Soup Filter… of course you’ll never know it’s me, because I will come up with a very clover nom de guerre plume.
